Sheridan Elementary PTO is partnering with Culver’s in Westfield for a share night. During that time we need volunteers to work from 4:45pm until around approximately 8:15pm. We need a minimum of a 4 and maximum of 6 volunteers at all times during the 4:45-8:15 timeframe. Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age. Volunteers should arrive at the restaurant 15 minutes (no later than 4:45) prior to the start of the Share Night for any last-minute training by the Manager on Duty. Volunteers are an absolute must to help with the increased traffic for your Share Night. If no volunteers are present for the Share Night, the Share Night will be canceled, and no funds will be donated.
· Volunteers will be used for cleaning blue tray’s, tables, and chairs in the dining room running orders to guests in the dining room; and as greeters to welcome and thanking our guest while informing them about the organization.
· Clothing for the event should be weather permitting and appropriate work attire. We also ask that all the volunteers dress similarly so that guests know they are with the organization hosting the Share Night. Culver’s aprons will be provided to be worn.
· Open toed footwear will not be permitted. Closed toed shoes must be worn by all volunteers.

Volunteer elves are needed to help greet students, wrap gifts, and stock gifts in between classrooms.

Monster Mash
The Blackhawk Walk is SES PTO’s only student fundraiser. Students receive and collect donations during the week of the blackhawk walk. During that week, students earn the opportunity to win daily prizes, along with awards for the top three earners, and the top class. At the end of the week, each class celebrates with a walk-a-thon obstacle course! These funds go to support EVERYTHING we do during the school year- community, student, and parent support this week is so important!
